Delete your Knjigice account and data
App: Knjigice — Picture Books (com.knjigice.app) · Developer: Xaliopea International d.o.o.
You can delete individual books yourself inside the app, and you can ask us
to delete your whole account at any time. Both are described below.
Delete one book (in the app, no request needed)
- Open the Create tab and tap the book.
- On the cover page, tap Delete book, then tap again to confirm.
This removes the book from the device and from your account storage, and
revokes any share link for it.
Delete your whole account (in the app)
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account, read what will be removed, and tap
Really delete my account.
Deletion happens immediately: your account record, the books stored in it,
any share links and published copies, and your remaining credits are erased;
the app also deletes the books saved on the device and signs you out.
Or by email
If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to
aurora.makovac@gmail.com
from the Apple or Google address you signed in with, with the subject
“Delete my Knjigice account”. We confirm the request, delete the
account, and send a confirmation — normally within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record and your Apple or Google account identifier and email address.
- Every book stored in your account: text, illustrations and narration.
- Any share links you created, so shared copies stop working.
- Any books you published for all families — the public copies are taken down.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment and billing records held by the Apple App Store or Google
Play are kept by those providers for as long as tax and accounting law
requires (typically up to 10 years). We do not hold your card details.
- Anonymous picture reports (the one-line “this picture looks wrong”
notes) are kept, because they are not linked to your account or identity.
- Backups may retain deleted content for up to 90 days before they expire.
- A one-way code derived from your sign-in identifier (a keyed
hash that identifies no one on its own), together with your remaining
credit balance. It is kept so the free signup credits cannot be claimed
again by deleting and re-creating the account — and so your unused
credits come back if you ever sign in again.
Books on your device
Deleting your account in the app also removes the books saved on that
device. If you request deletion by email instead, books on the device stay
until you uninstall the app. Reading history and favourites are stored only
on the device and are removed when you uninstall.
